Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Node.js or Java technologies.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical specifications.Architect scalable and robust solutions that meet business objectives and align with architectural principles.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance team productivity.Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project delivery timelines are met.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver integrated solutions.Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, communicating technical concepts effectively.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js or Java technologies.Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment.Strong proficiency in either Node.js or Java, with a deep understanding of their ecosystem, frameworks, and best practices.Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.Experience with modern development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
