Description:
We are looking for an EBS Technical Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL/PL SQL, Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversion, XML Publisher Reports, and Performance Tuning within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. As an EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions to meet our clients' business needs within the Oracle E-Business Suite.Key Responsibilities :Technical Analysis and Design :- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.- Design and architect custom solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite technologies.Development and Customization :- Develop and customize Reports, Forms, Interfaces, and Conversions (RICE) components.- Utilize SQL/PL SQL for database programming and scripting tasks.- Develop and modify XML Publisher Reports to meet business reporting requirements.Integration and Interface Development :- Design and develop interfaces between Oracle E-Business Suite modules and external systems.- Implement data migration strategies and develop conversion programs as needed.Performance Tuning and Optimization :- Identify performance bottlenecks within Oracle E-Business Suite applications and databases.- Implement performance tuning strategies to optimize system performance and enhance scalability.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop test plans and conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.- Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and provide mentoring to junior consultants.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an EBS Technical Consultant.- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including Reports, Forms, and Interfaces.- Experience in developing and customizing XML Publisher Reports.- Proven expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques for Oracle E-Business Suite applications and databases.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Technical Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
