Description:
In this critical role, you will :- Participate in the entire EPBCS implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to configuration, testing, and deployment. (2-3 end-to-end implementations preferred)- Design and develop robust EPM applications, including metadata, forms, reports, business rules, Groovy scripts, and automation processes.- Manage data integration and ensure accurate data flows between EPBCS and other systems.- Configure user access, security settings, and approval workflows to maintain data integrity and control.- Utilize Planning Drivers, Workforce Management, and Depreciation functionalities to create sophisticated financial models.- Possess a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, preferably with experience in Oracle ERP systems like PeopleSoft (an added advantage).- Deliver effective training sessions and demonstrations to empower users with the knowledge to utilize EPBCS effectively.- Conduct thorough testing to ensure system functionality and identify potential issues.- Prepare comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.- Analyze data logically and develop solutions that consider various scenarios and permutations.We're looking for a candidate with :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with a strong focus on Hyperion Planning and EPBCS.- Certified Professional in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPBCS) is a plus.- Extensive experience working with EPBCS modules like Workforce Management and Financial Management.- Proven ability to function as a technical or techno-functional consultant, bridging the gap between technical aspects and business requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SmartView for Office.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
