We are hiring for Technical Lead for our Esteemed client company who can join us Immediately.Position : Technical Lead. Experience : 8+ Years. CTC : 28 LPA - 30 LPA. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days. Job Location : Remote. Job Time : 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM IST (Client base is Canada). Requirements and Skills : - Must have 8+ year of experience as a Tech Lead.- Have experience in Full stack development Angular 13 Java Spring boot SQL.- Experience running a multi-functional team in the development of Web based SaaS products.- Ability to read and translate BA stories into well-groomed additions to a product.- Experienced in following development rule and processes and willing to improvements.- Experience interviewing and hiring teams.- Experience in FIN TECH a bonus. Responsibilities : - Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for team.- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and to discuss improvements.- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and their concerns.- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
