Role Title : Tech Lead C#Location : Gurgaon, HaryanaOrganization : Allcargo GroupEmployment Type : Permanent Reporting to IT organization : IT Team, DTEPurpose to hire this position : Lead C# development for multiple projects across the Group.Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science or related information technologyTechnical Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience (5+ years) in C# development, with expertise in .NET framework.- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers.- Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.- Strong knowledge of C# language features, including LINQ, async/await, and generics.- Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.- Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with database systems, preferably SQL Server and PostgreSQL.- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Knowledge of software development best practices, including SOLID principles and unit testing.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of C# developers in all phases of the software development lifecycle.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable C# applications.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services.- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in C# development and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development team.- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates on project status and escalate issues as needed. Secondary Skills :- Agile process knowledge will be an added advantage.- Good Communication- Strong Team player with ability to work across cross functional groups (ref:hirist.tech)
