About the Role :We're seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in leading software development efforts, ensuring project success, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing technical environment.Responsibilities :- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers- Architect, design, and develop complex software solutions- Possess deep cloud expertise, preferably in AWS or Google Cloud Platform- Demonstrate strong proficiency in technologies like Java, mobile application development, CRM systems, and integrations- Possess a keen interest in, and some knowledge of, AI/ML technologies (a plus)- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, etc.)- Manage project lifecycles, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovationQualifications :- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Master's degree a plus- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a software development leadership role- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating technical teams- Strong understanding of software development best practices (Agile, DevOps methodologies)- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills- Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently with minimal supervision (ref:hirist.tech)
