Job Description :We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager with a strong background in technology and a track record of driving product roadmap strategy and execution. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering features that meet the needs of our customers while aligning with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, make trade-offs, and ensure successful product delivery.Responsibilities :Roadmap Strategy: Own and drive the roadmap strategy for the product, collaborating with stakeholders to define product priorities and initiatives.Feature Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of product features, from concept to launch, ensuring that they meet quality standards and customer expectations.Trade-offs Management: Make informed trade-offs between features, timelines, and resources based on business priorities and customer feedback.Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product delivery process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release.Document Writing: Create and maintain documentation, including PRFAQs (Press Release, Frequently Asked Questions) and strategy documents, to communicate product vision, goals, and requirements.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or equivalent.- 5+ years of experience in product or program management and technology.- Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition for a product.- Strong understanding of feature delivery processes and trade-offs in product development.- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, from concept to launch.- Exceptional document writing skills, including the ability to author PRFAQs and strategy documents.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Additional Skills :- Experience with Java tech stack.- Familiarity with payment processing systems.- Knowledge of event-driven technology architectures.- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices.- Pune (ref:hirist.tech)
