As a Technical Product Manager with a focus on mobility solutions, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and implementation of our mobility-focused products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands.Key Responsibilities : Product Strategy and Roadmap : - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobility solutions.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.Product Development : - Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business priorities.Customer and Market Insights : - Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points and requirements.- Conduct user testing and gather insights to continuously improve the product.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the mobility space.Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.- Coordinate with support teams to ensure effective product launches and customer onboarding.Project Management : - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product delivery.- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.Performance Measurement : - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance and market impact.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobility solutions. -Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with engineering teams.- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Location : Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
