Job Description :Seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Tech Architect / Presales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of industry experience, a deep understanding of system architecture, and a strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and data modeling. This role is pivotal in driving our technical solutions and supporting the sales process with strategic insights and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities :Architectural Design and Development :- Design and develop scalable, high-performance architectural solutions tailored to client needs.- Create detailed technical documentation and architectural blueprints.- Ensure solutions align with Purple Cube's standards and client business objectives.Technical Leadership and Guidance :- Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to development teams across project lifecycles.- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Mentor and support junior architects and developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Presales and Technical Presentations :- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and understand client needs.- Lead compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.- Develop proof-of-concept projects to illustrate the technical viability and advantages of proposed solutions.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and technical solutions.- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations to enhance client technological investments.- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Project Management :- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and quality assurance.- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Primary Skills :- System Architecture- Java- Spring Boot- Data ModelingSecondary Skills :- Excellent Communication Skills- Project Management- Client Relationship ManagementExperience :- 12+ years of experience in technical architecture and presales roles.- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex systems.- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and data modeling.- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and manage client relationships effectively.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.Certifications :- Relevant industry certifications in architecture, Java, or project management are advantageous.Additional Requirements :- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and innovation.
