We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architecture Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Roles and Responsibilities: Interact with a large variety of clients to provide network technical support for complex network-related incidents, changes, and projects Gather requirements, analyse technical networking issues, and develop options and recommendations Coordinate, install, and maintain appropriate systems software and hardware Participate in large, complex projects Requirements: Expert-level understanding of network and network security architecture within a mixed environment of network solutions Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, VRF, IPSEC, IOS, IOS-XE, Dell OS9/10, VMware vSphere/NSX, DWD, spine and leaf architecture Ability to function as the highest point of escalation for network-related issues Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in enterprise-level organizations Strong written and oral communication skills Expertise with a breadth of network technologies, including routers, firewalls, load balancers, multicast solutions, WAN technologies, etc. Ability to work and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Ability to maintain a current working knowledge of related hardware, software, solutions, and processes Experience participating in large, complex projects Experience working with third parties (contractors/consultants) Work Timings: Flexible to work in 24/7 environment, with monthly rotation.
