Mandatory Skills Description :- Ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience with support background across multiple operating systems- Working knowledge of software tools or platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Autosys, BigPanda, and IPcenter- Good knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, scripting (SQL, PowerShell, Python), relational databases (Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL/PostgreSQL)- ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking- Track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners- Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences- Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services (ref:hirist.tech)
