Technical Workday Consultant - Peoplesoft Integration (4-7 yrs)

Description:
Skills :- Proven experience with Workday Studio for building integrations and configurations.- Expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (PeopleSoft Integration Cloud Offering Framework).- Strong understanding of web services and API integration concepts.- Experience with data migration and transformation techniques.- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data structures is a plus.- Experience with Report Builder and other Workday reporting tools.- Familiarity with localization and legislative requirements in Western Europe (UK, Germany, France) is a strong advantage.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Web Services and other methods (Studio, PECI, PICOF) based on business and technical requirements.- Perform Workday implementation tasks, including data migration, configuration, and testing.- Develop and conduct data integrity audits on PeopleSoft data to ensure successful migration to Workday.- Act as a primary point of contact for project teams and clients regarding all aspects of Workday integrations.- Lead and execute Workday implementations, potentially managing global project teams.- Develop, test, and validate Workday reports to meet client needs.- Design and configure Workday HCM Financials solutions to optimize financial processes.- Participate in global Workday deployments, ensuring successful rollouts across multiple regions.- Investigate and analyze business and technical requirements for Workday solutions and integrations.- Assist clients with testing the Workday solution and integrations, identifying and resolving any issues.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday features and functionalities.- Provide continuous improvement recommendations for Workday configurations and integrations.- Document technical configurations and processes clearly and concisely.Mode of Work : This role is currently offered in a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days of work in the office and 2 days of remote work flexibility.
