Job Description :- Peoplesoft FSCM Technical consultant with minimum 10 years of experience (70% Technical & 30% Functional Candidate must be good in Functional knowledge as well.- Expertise with PeopleCode, Application Engine, nVision, SQR, Component Interfaces, Application packages, File handling, and SQL. Fluid Technologies, NVision, BI Publisher will be added advantage.- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management/Financials - Purchasing, eProcurement, General Ledger.- Experience with Integration Broker messaging technology including Web Services. Compare report analysis. Can do Retrofit for peopletools patching and peopletools upgrade.- Good to have some experience with Python, Java etc.Experience Requirement :- Minimum 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), with a focus of 70% Technical and 30% Functional expertise.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in PeopleCode for customization and development.- Extensive experience with Application Engine for batch processing.- Advanced knowledge of nVision reporting tool for financial reporting.- Strong skills in SQR (Structured Query Report) for custom reporting.- Expertise in Component Interfaces for integrating PeopleSoft modules.- Ability to develop and maintain Application packages.- Experience with File handling processes within PeopleSoft.- Proficiency in SQL for database operations and reporting.- Familiarity with Fluid Technologies for responsive web design in PeopleSoft applications.- Knowledge of NVision and BI Publisher for advanced reporting functionalities.Functional Skills :- Sound understanding of PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management and Financials modules, particularly in Purchasing, eProcurement, and General Ledger.- Ability to provide functional insights and solutions to technical challenges.Additional Skills :- Experience with Integration Broker messaging technology, including Web Services, for seamless integration with external systems.- Proficiency in Compare report analysis for identifying differences between environments.- Capability to perform Retrofit for PeopleTools patching and upgrades.- Desirable experience in scripting languages like Python and Java for automation and extended functionalities.Roles and Responsibilities :- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PeopleSoft FSCM.- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and other relevant tools.- Design and implement advanced reporting solutions using nVision, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools.- Perform integration tasks using Integration Broker technology, ensuring seamless communication between PeopleSoft and external systems.- Conduct analysis and comparison of environments using Compare reports to ensure consistency and accuracy across different instances.- Lead or participate in PeopleTools patching and upgrade activities, including Retrofitting customizations.- Provide functional expertise and support to technical team members, aiding in troubleshooting and issue resolution.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in PeopleSoft development, integrating relevant advancements into project deliverables.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within the PeopleSoft FSCM landscape.
