Position : Technology Lead & Manager - Games DevelopmentLocation : Hyderabad ( All 5 days working from office)Experience : 8 to 15 yearsDomain : e-LearningEducation : Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related fieldWhat we are looking :- Atleast 8+yrs of experience in game development with 4 years of leading animation & interactive media team- Excellent in any of the game engines like Unity, ThreeJS & animation tools like Blender, Maya etc- Expertise in any programming languages like C#, C++ & scripting languages for game development.- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and gamification techniques.What you will do :- Lead Game development team, including developers, designers, and animators.- Provide technical leadership Mentor and coach team members- Lead the design, development, and implementation of interactive animation games- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for game development- Prototype game concepts, conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience and learning outcomes- Establish and maintain quality standards for game development, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.- Create technical documentation, including game design documents, development plans, a- Collaborate with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks, track progress, manage resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality games.
