Overview:We are looking for an Analyst to help with Project, Sprints and Bug testing. The role will include creating test data, creating test scripts, executing the test scripts finding and reporting any issue and recording accurate test results.Work with UK Test Manager to communicate the expectations, testing Approach, Results for testing scenarios, escalate showstoppers and defects. Responsible for tracking all testing tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner throughout the project life cycle.Initiate Triage and defect assignments.Skills & Experience:Key Requirements:- Excellent eye for detail.- Excellent writing and recording of test results.- Excellent communication skills.- Excellent in Manual SIT Testing- Should know how to stage test data.- Able to operate outside of core working hours where required.- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)- Fluent in use of MS Word/Excel etc.- Be self-motivated.- Ability to converse affectively with Developers, Functional Analyst as well as business representatives.- Work to strict deadlines.- Manage workload effectively.Experience :- 5 years practical knowledge in Peoplesoft - HCM (including Global Payroll) and/or Finance application modules.- Strong Functional PeopleSoft domain knowledge. E.g. understanding of what the output of a test should be.Test Strategy & Planning:- Experience in defining test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with project goals and risks.- Expertise in test planning methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, Agile, Context-Driven Testing).- Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive test plan document.- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for test planning.Test Design & Development:- In-depth knowledge of various test design techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables).- Experience in designing test cases for different testing levels (unit, integration, system, acceptance).- Expertise in API testing methodologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs).- Proficiency in designing test automation frameworks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).Desirable:- Exposure to PTF, should know how to build and execute PTF scripts.- Exposure to systems that integrate.- Reasonable skill in SQL.- Mentoring and coaching of other fellow team members.- Knowledge of Staffing and pay bill.Other Requirements:- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and retested in a timely manner.- Knowledge sharing.- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen business relationships.- Manage business expectations effectively.- Exhibit a desire to learn and proactively work with business and other teams.Mark This As A Confidential Job.
