Job Description Manage and enhance our Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution that provides management of secrets (e.g., passwords, tokens, keys) in a global IT environment. Manages, evolves, and maintains the operating system, application, and database of our enterprise instance of Delinea Secret Server PAM solution. Experience in managing users and groups, Discovery scans, Onboarding and offboarding accounts, Policy modifications, template modifications. Upgrade and patching expertise, License and Certificate knowledge. User access issues, Primary DR replication issues resolution using ticketing tools. Actively participates in the technical mentoring, training, and education of team members. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in a professional environment. Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with peers, managers, and clients. Must be able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team lead and project manager to give status update. Good to have experience in providing L2/L3 support. Primary Skills Thycotic Secret Server/Delinea PAM PAM Operation/ Implementation Secondary Skills Good to have any certifications.
