Description:
Job Description :Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design, develop, and implement TIBCO WebFOCUS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business needs.- Optimize and enhance existing WebFOCUS applications to improve performance and usability.- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and dashboards.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, business analysts, and end-users, to deliver high-quality BI solutions.- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.- Stay up-to-date with TIBCO WebFOCUS best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our BI capabilities.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a TIBCO WebFOCUS Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in TIBCO WebFOCUS tools and technologies, including WebFOCUS Designer, ReportCaster, and WebFOCUS App Studio.- Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Relevant TIBCO certifications (e.g., TIBCO Certified Professional) are a plus.
