Job Description :Responsibilities :Develop and build extremely reliable, scalable and high-performing web applications for our clientsReview and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defectsCollaborate across the company and interact with our customers to define, design and showcase new concepts and solutionsCollaborate with other developers to ensure that client needs are met at all timesWork in a rapid and agile development process to enable increased speed to market against a backdrop of appropriate controlsImplement good development and testing standards to ensure quality of deliverablesRequirements :B.Tech/MCA with at least 4 years of relevant experienceExposure to MVC frameworks like Spring and ORM tool like HibernateExcellent understanding of OOPS concepts and JAVA programming languageProgramming experience in relational platforms like MySQL, Oracle. Non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB (no-sql) would be add onKnowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and XML would be an added advantageSound analytical skills and good communication skillsExperience with an agile development methodology, preferably ScrumGood to Have :Experience in cloud computing or LinuxPreviously involved in a client handling roleCandidates with exposure to Groovy and Grails will be highly preferredProactive self-starter and results orientedFlexible and adaptable with good interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
