Hiring Tools Administrator (Freshservice) for one of our client MNC.Position- Tools Administrator (Freshservice)Experience - 6 to 10 YearsLocation - Bangalore / ChandigarhJob Type - Contract/ C2H/ PermanentNotice Period : Immediate to 30 days maxJob Description :Key Responsibilities :1. Configure and customize the FreshService platform to meet the organization's IT service management requirements.2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions within FreshService.3. Administer user access and permissions, ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained.4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, implementing necessary fixes and enhancements.5. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.6. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on FreshService functionality and best practices.7. Evaluate and recommend new features, plugins, or integrations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FreshService.8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT service management tools and practices.Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2. Proven experience as a Tools Administrator, specifically with FreshService or similar IT service management platforms.3. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.4. Proficiency in configuring and customizing FreshService, including workflows, automations, and reporting.5. Experience in user administration, access control, and security configuration within FreshService.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.7. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :1. FreshService certification or relevant certifications in IT service management.2. Experience with ITIL framework and practices.3. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.4.
