As a Trainer Specialist, your responsibilities will include creating, and delivering training programs. You will play a key role in providing individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security. The job includes creating standard training materials, running interactive seminars, and assessing how well the training initiatives work.Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.- Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and skill levels.- Develop assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security - Collect feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve training programs.- Keep up with the most recent advances in the field of Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security and incorporate significant improvements into training sessions.- Collaborate with subject matter experts, industry professionals, and other trainers to enhance the quality of training programs.- Work closely with the Training and Development team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline- Previous experience in Ethical Hacking & Cybersecurity positions and training/teaching experience - Hands-on experience with ethical hacking tools and frameworks such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).- Certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or similar are highly desirable - Strong passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to ethical conduct in cybersecurity practices - Excellent communication and presenting abilities.
