Roles & Responsibilities : - Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.- Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and skill levels.- Teach programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, or others relevant to full-stack development.- Cover front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).- Explain database concepts and teach database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).- Collect feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve training programs.- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in full-stack development.- Collaborate with subject matter experts, industry professionals, and other trainers to enhance the quality of training programs.- Work closely with the Training and Development team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.- Previous experience in experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, and training/teaching experience - Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL/NOSQL databases.- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, responsive design, and version control systems (e.g., Git).- Experience in delivering training programs or workshops related to full-stack development is preferred - Excellent communication and presenting abilities.
