Key Responsibilities :- Conduct comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing, including the design of experiments and statistical hypothesis testing.- Analyze and interpret data from multiple tests to derive meaningful business insights.- Utilize web analytics tools, with a strong preference for Adobe Analytics, to track and analyze website performance.- Work with Microsoft Excel and SQL to manipulate and analyze data.- Employ visualization techniques to present data insights clearly.- Utilize Big Data tools such as Hadoop and Hive for data analysis.- Design tests and integrate data from various sources to provide a holistic view of analytics.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT is a plus.- 4-6 years of experience in analytics and/or marketing analytics, with a preference for B2C and eCommerce experience.- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing.- Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics; Google Analytics experience is also valuable.- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization.- Experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop and Hive.- Ability to design tests and combine data from disparate sources for comprehensive analysis.Preferred Skills :- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.- Familiarity with test design and data integration techniques.
