About the Role : We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Lead Front-End Developer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our web application. You will possess a strong foundation in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a passion for building beautiful, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. This role combines leadership qualities with advanced development skills, as you will guide junior developers while also taking the initiative on complex front-end features.Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, user-centric interfaces using React.js.- Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications display flawlessly across devices.- Utilize GraphQL to efficiently fetch data from back-end APIs.- Build reusable UI components and establish a robust component library.- Develop and maintain front-end testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing).- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong track record of building production-ready applications.- Proven experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development frameworks (React.js preferred).- Experience with GraphQL and Node.js is a strong plus.- Experience with CMS systems (experience with a specific CMS is a plus).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide junior developers.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
