About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unifier and Web Services Administrator to join our team! This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and administration of our Unifier platform and web services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Unifier functionalities and web development experience to manage and customize the system effectively.Responsibilities :- Manage all aspects of the Unifier platform, including user administration, security configurations, and system maintenance.- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and configure Unifier workflows and processes accordingly.- Develop and implement custom solutions using C# and ASP.NET to extend Unifier functionalities and integrate with external systems.- Manage and maintain web services utilized by the Unifier platform.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues related to Unifier or web services.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Unifier features and updates, implementing them effectively.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Unifier configurations and custom developments.Required Skills :- A minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting and administering Unifier environments.- In-depth knowledge of Unifier functionalities, modules, and configuration options.- Solid understanding of web services architecture and communication protocols.- Programming experience in C# and ASP.NET for web development and customization.- Experience with database management (familiarity with Oracle Database a plus).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Desired Skills :- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell) for automation tasks (a plus).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) (a plus).- Understanding of Agile development methodologies (a plus).
