Job Description : Job Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.- Implement and maintain features that enhance the user experience.- Ensure the application is optimized for maximum speed and scalability.- Mentor and guide junior frontend developers in best practices and coding standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and UX/UI designers.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high code quality.- Implement and advocate for automated testing to ensure the reliability of frontend components.- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices.- Communicate effectively with team members and provide technical insights during project planning.- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and resolve technical issues.- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.- Contribute to the architectural decisions that impact frontend scalability and performance.- Optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.Job Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Proven min 2+ experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React,, Vue.js).- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture.- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.- Knowledge of build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
