Job Description :We are seeking a creative and experienced UX Designer specializing in E-commerce and Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing exceptional user experiences for large-scale projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate business requirements into intuitive designs, and enhance the overall user journey across our digital platforms.Responsibilities :- Utilize your creative prowess to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for e-commerce and supply chain management systems.- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs to continually improve user satisfaction and engagement.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices and standards.- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design process to drive innovation.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and impact on large-scale projects.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Experience working in the e-commerce and/or supply chain management industry is highly desirable.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
