The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, pyspark, Hadoop, Hive, Delta Lake, and must have experience with Airflow.- The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data solutions for our clients.- The candidate must have a deep understanding of data architecture and be able to provide technical leadership to the team.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement data solutions using Python, SQL, pyspark, Hadoop, Hive, Delta Lake, and Airflow- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed- Implement Data integration and Data Warehouse based solutions using open source big data tools and cloud native technologies- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data architecture - Create solution for data and process migration from source to destination (on-premise to cloud, cloud to cloud, or to a data platform) without business impact.- Ensure consistency in approach, design, and output to deliver quality and concise design solution documentation. - Define, promote re-usable, extendible, scalable, maintainable solutions considering trade-off for cost vs benefit - Communicate at all levels in a clear and credible way about the importance of solution design. - Lead developers in the team and foster a shared vision for design Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 12+ years of experience in data architecture and design - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, pyspark, Hadoop, Hive, Delta Lake, and Airflow - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
