About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled VBA Macros Developer to join our team. You will play a critical role in automating repetitive tasks, developing user-friendly tools, and improving workflows within our organization using VBA for Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities :- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for automation using VBA macros.- Design, develop, test, and implement VBA macros within Excel spreadsheets.- Develop user interfaces (UIs) for VBA macros to ensure user-friendliness.- Integrate VBA macros with other applications using Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) Automation.- Debug and troubleshoot existing VBA code to ensure functionality and efficiency.- Document VBA code clearly and concisely for maintainability.- Train end-users on how to utilize VBA macros effectively.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in VBA programming and Excel functionalities.Qualifications :- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).- 3+ years of experience in developing VBA macros for Excel.- Strong understanding of VBA programming concepts, syntax, and libraries.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, and formatting.- Experience with user interface design principles for Excel macros.- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on optimizing workflows.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
