About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced Veeva CRM Order Management Consultant to join our team and play a key role in helping our clients optimize their order management processes within the Veeva CRM platform. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM, specifically the order management module, to deliver strategic consulting services and ensure successful project implementations.Responsibilities :- Partner with clients to understand their order management needs and challenges.- Conduct in-depth business analysis, including requirement analysis, use case modeling, and gap assessments.- Design and recommend customized Veeva CRM order management solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless configuration and integration of the order management module.- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-go-live support.- Develop and deliver client-facing presentations to clearly communicate solutions and recommendations.- Foster strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on Veeva CRM best practices.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Veeva CRM order management functionalities and best practices.Qualifications :- Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM, with a strong focus on the order management module.- Proven experience in client engagement and management, particularly from a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) perspective.- Ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with top business leaders at client organizations.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proven experience in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.- In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.- Experience with business analysis methodologies, including requirement analysis and use case modeling.Desired Skills and Experience :- Expertise in Veeva CRM configuration and customization.- Experience with Veeva Vault integrations.- Understanding of life sciences industry best practices for order management (ref:hirist.tech)
