We are looking for passionate Portfolio Managers with a flair of running automated campaigns & triggers using various MarTech capabilities to deepen the customer relations. About the position : We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain our data infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Operations, product managers, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions that support the growth and innovation of our products and services.Join us if you like :- Build out the Ventura cloud-based data platform from scratch- Ownership and monitoring of our data backend- Robust documentation skills and desire to share information with others- Desire and ability to prototype ideas quickly, and be willing to experiment and learn- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and status of data engineering modules.- Continuously evaluate and optimize data infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability and performance. - Manage and maintain the data stack along with DevOps.What you'll need to bring :- Very strong SQL and database skills, preferably Postgres or MySQL- Experience on OLAP and OLTP database modelling techniques.- Hands-on with the big data ecosystem - preferably AWS EMR, but we are very open to candidates with experience in similar platforms and open to learning EMR.- Strong AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS RDS, EMR, Aurora, Quick-sight (or any other Visualization tool), S3- Familiarity with Timeseries database (preferably Influx-DB). - 3-6 years of experienceWhat you get : - Chance to build out a next-gen fintech product from ground 0- Opportunity to influence the design of the product- Flexible and Hybrid work environment running out of Slack.- Flat org structure (ref:hirist.tech)
