If you are a logical thinker with exceptional project management, client perception management, problem solving and having a track record for inspiring high-performing teams, you could be the one who we are looking for.Responsibilities :Delivery Management- Responsible for the quality delivery for all engagements. Ensure technical best practices are followed in each engagement- Responsible for tracking and managing the budgets for each engagement- Responsible for high level of Client Satisfaction- Propose, lead and implement scalable, sustainable and cost-effective approaches for meeting operational goals- Partner with operations leaders to refine and improve service to each client by reviewing processes and client needs on a regular basis.- Design, document and execute appropriate processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency from the team- Proactively communicate statuses, issues and escalations to senior management and stakeholders- Work with the team to ensure technical best practices are constantly developed and enforced- Foster radically candid culture within internal and external teams and clientsSales/Pre-sales Support :- Right hand for the Sales team for closing new opportunities. Consultative approach understanding client needs and directing the opportunity towards right type of engagement- Collaboration with the Sales/Pre-Sales team for providing support for closing new opportunities- Collaboration with Sales/Pre-Sales team for firming existing accountsPartner Management :- Manage external vendors and partners involved in the development, implementation and management of various services- Work with external partners to source, negotiate and manage resources and solution services.- Look for opportunities to build new partnerships with established development organizations to enhance and improve the delivery of servicesQualifications :- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.- 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.- 10+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery.- 8+ years of Experience in managing delivery to US based Clients- Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback- Experience working with technical (ref:hirist.tech)
