We are in search of a visionary leader who can not only develop a long-term product strategy but also obsess over the smallest details to deliver an exceptional user experience.Responsibilities :Strategic Vision : Develop and execute a long-term product strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the company.Product Detailing : Obsess every pixel, text, and user flow to ensure a seamless and exceptional user experience.Stakeholder Communication : Engage with internal teams and external clients to gather insights and refine the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with customer and market needs.Thought Leadership : Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product on the cutting edge of innovation.Cross-functional leadership : Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams, providing the necessary guidance to bring the product vision to life.Customer Engagement : Regularly interact with key clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, pain points, and aspirations.Requirements :Experience : A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product management, preferably with a track record of exposure to international markets.Education : A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus. International study experience is preferred.Technical Savvy : A deep understanding of current tech trends, software development cycles, and user experience (UX) principles is essential.Soft Skills :High Standards : Possess an uncompromising focus on quality and an unwavering attention to detail.Intellectual Curiosity : Demonstrate a constant eagerness to explore new technologies and methodologies.Big-Picture Thinking : Showcase the ability to connect disparate pieces into a coherent whole, understanding how individual elements contribute to the overall product.Communication : Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the articulation of a compelling product vision.Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure and rapidly evolving conditions.
