About the job :We are hiring for a fast growing software product company. This role requires in-office presence in Pune.We're looking for professionals to come in and help build features and scale our product for growth.You will be expected to play a major role in architectural decisions, help prioritize and plan tasks, and write frontend and backend code for new features and also manage a team of skilled developers. The perfect candidate will be eager to collaborate, solve problems, and learn on the fly in a fast-paced, growth stage environment.Total Work Experience : 12 yearsExperience in Desired skillset : 7-8 yearsDesired Skillset :- Product engineering in developing products- Full stack (React, Node, Postgre SQL- Knowledgeable in using Microservice, Akka, Kafka Streams, Kafka brokers, zookeepers, Spark, ELK- Advanced ability to problem solve/diagnose in a technical space- Good technical knowledge of broad business areas- Ability to work independently; receive minimal guidance and handle team of developers.- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills- Excellent team player and contributorYour Key Attributes :- Thrive in a collaborative culture and know the best solutions are arrived to by diversity of thought and perspective- Charismatic personality with a self-motivated attitude ready to tackle challenges that come your way- Willingness to learn new technologies/tools and train team members- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve and have a high standard for accuracy and integrity- Work well under pressure, with the ability to shift quickly and keep moving forward in a fast-moving environmentExperience Requirements :- Good hands-on knowledge of React and Node- Working knowledge of build systems (we mostly use AWS CodeBuild)- Working knowledge of deployment approaches (AWS CodePipeline)- Working knowledge of automated test practices for infrastructure- Working knowledge of Docker, ECS Fargate- Working knowledge of infrastructure as code practices(AWS CloudFormation)- Working knowledge of secure cloud computing best practices- Exposure to Cloud implementations using AWSEducation : B.E Computer Science (ref:hirist.tech)
