The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Web Application Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that meet our clients' needs.Responsibilities :- Develop responsive and interactive web applications using JavaScript, JSP, HTML, and CSS.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with specifications.- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or clients, and provide timely resolutions.- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process when applicable.- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment procedures.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience as a Web Application Developer with expertise in JavaScript and JSP.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).- Strong understanding of server-side development using Java and JSP.- Experience with web services (RESTful APIs) and asynchronous request handling.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
