Job DescriptionMinimum of 10+ year of IT and Salesforce experienceStrong functional and development experience in two or more of the following: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience /Communities Cloud and CPQ.Experience in defining solutions for problems, with creating designs including data models.Good to have strong manufacturing, energy and utilities domain experience.Work closely with the Sales team to understand the customer requirements with the right set of questions.Analyze requirements and define the scope.Prepare estimates and review with internal stakeholders and present them to customers.Strong technical experience on external and internal integration and Data loadsStrong experience in Sales, Service, marketing CloudsCPQ and FSM and other SF Cloud products experience is an added advantage.Strong people management skills and ability to define process.Ability to identify people, processes and technical risks, populate risk mitigation plans.Ability to capture metrics and present it on project delivery health.Good communication and presentation skills (ref:hirist.tech)
