Hiring _ Dot Net Developer. Designation Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead. Location Bangalore. Experience Required : 7+ years. Overview : Seeking for a strong Lead .Net Core C# Lead Engineer responsible for building and managing server-side web applications, APIs, Microservices leveraging AWS Serverless and native solutions and building platforms that can cater to more than one product.As lead need to guide developer teams to execute on all cylinders to produce desirable outcomes.Zapcom group is a niche boutique company in delivering software to our clients.We strive for engineering excellence with product mindset and leveraging our best practices in accelerated development environment.Zapcom Group take pride in meeting our clients' expectations as a trusted advisor to them and engineer solutions that fit their needs and deliver them on time, within budget.This means we adopt and develop their applications and services using technologies, tools, and frameworks that best suit our client's specific business needs.Because of this, our developers must be comfortable with learning innovative technologies, frameworks, systems, and problem domains.In Addition, our developers should constantly deliver quality code, be hands on and work closely with architects and product team to deliver according to sprint planning needs.Responsibilities include : - Responsible for developing and maintaining custom software using best coding practices and modern techniques.- Must be customer focused, goal oriented, and have a passion for success.- Responsible for developing functioning solutions based on technical requirements.- Responsible to help other developers in the team to guide them with technical aspects.- Responsible for breaking user stories into tasks and setting expectations for team members using Agile Scrum methodology.- Code, test and troubleshoot high-availability, high-load software utilizing the appropriate hardware, databases, and programming technologies.- Review others code and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.- Work with business subject matter experts to design, document, and develop high-performance solutions to complex problems.- Utilize development tools such as Visual Studio Profiler to optimize code and prepare for deployment in high-scale environments.- Help the team with AWS Serverless landscape and how to build and push code to AWS target environment.- Fosters an environment of communication and problem solving, leveraging the Zapcom Code of Values.- Assists the team in researching solutions and recommends solutions to meet business requirements.- Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership .- Will be self-driven, motived and take pride in developing quality software.Skills Include : - Application development experience in .NET using C# and appropriate NuGet packages.- Strong in Agile Scaled framework in Lead Engineer role to detail the user stories and break them into tasks. - Strong knowledge in SOLID Design principles and has at least 2 years of experience in implementing core design patterns using .NET core and Microservices. - Prior Experience in building Rest endpoints and consuming other rest end points is required.- Experience in building Applications using CI/CD process and Test-driven development working with build and release pipelines.- Experience with Deployment, API versioning, feature toggling is expected.- Experience in building Microservices using common API technologies including REST style paradigm.- Able to understand and utilize JSON and XML and parse them quickly.- Knowledge of the Microsoft operating system and tools, such as Microsoft Visual Studio.- Experience in understanding AWS native components such as APi Gateway, App Sync, Cloud Watch, AWS KEY Manager, AWS Lambda.- Ability to use SAM templates to do local code building and testing AWS Lambda functions.- Understanding of microservices deployment in Kubernetes environment is a huge plus.- Help the developers in writing quality and performant code through code reviews.- Educate the team with various frameworks and focus on improving efficiency of the team.- Prefer computer Engg or Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
