Job Description Zenoss – Must have BMC TrueSight Capacity optimizer (TSCO) – good to have BMC Impact Manager (Event Management tool) - good to have Splunk – good to have Apica – good to have AppDynamics - Good to have Prometheus – Good to have Primary Skills Excellent understanding of Application Performance Management concepts and metrics Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as Servers, Network devices, App & Web Services Cloud components and associated interconnections. Strong knowledge on various type of monitoring configuration like Database, Middleware, Applications and OS. Installation and troubleshooting on various KMs and agentless configuration Secondary Skills Good leadership and communication skills Preparing management reports and present it to stake holders. Client coordination – Interact with client on regular basis and provide regular status updates
